Boxercise Competition
Fifty various Boxacise® - Boxercise competion events ranging from Freestyle Speedball to Teams Medicine-Ball have been conducted since competitions began in 1992.
15 Championship events were held in 2009 at the Australian Academy of Boxing.


Des Duguid
Perpetual Boxacise Trophy
For The
'Unearthed Individual Abilities'
In 2008 in honour of one of the Academy guiding lights the Perpetual Trophy was renamed after 'Des Duguid' who passed away on the 16th May 2008. Each year the prestigious trophy is engraved with the contestant's name who has achieved the highest points score in all events.
